From your photo to a finished piece — created in our studio, approved by you.
1. You Upload a Photo
Send us a clear photo of your pet and choose your style and product. Our Pet Photo Guide shows what works best, but don't worry about it being perfect.
2. We Create Your Portrait (Studio + AI)
We create your portrait in our studio using an AI image model from your photo, in the style you chose. This is AI-assisted creation with a human check — not hand-painting by artists, and we're upfront about that.
3. You Review the Proof
Our team reviews your order and emails you a digital proof, typically within 24 hours. Not quite right? We'll make revisions until you're happy. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
4. We Print & Ship
Once you approve your proof, your print-on-demand partner — Gelato or Printify — produces your item on premium materials and ships it with tracking.
